Restoring the relationships that shape our lives.
Every person carries inherent worth. Every relationship shapes the way we live, lead, love, work, and grow.
Arnon and Gila Practitioners works alongside individuals, couples, families, practitioners, and organisations to help restore healthier ways of relating to ourselves, to one another, and to the communities we are part of.
Restoration does not begin when everything is fixed. It begins when someone walks with you.
Booking note: Online appointment requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and remain pending until confirmed by the practice. For urgent or short-notice appointments, please contact the practice directly.

People are more than their problems.
Life does not always unfold as we hoped. Stress can quietly become exhaustion. Conversations can become conflict. Grief, uncertainty, or disappointment can leave us disconnected from ourselves, from those we love, or from the work that once gave us purpose.
These experiences do not define who we are. At AGP, we believe every person deserves to be met with compassion before judgement, curiosity before assumption, and dignity before diagnosis.

Our role is not to label people. Our role is to create spaces where understanding grows, practical change becomes possible, and healthier relationships can be built over time.
Led by Emile and Leticia Poggenpoel, AGP brings together more than 34 years of combined professional experience in social work, counselling, facilitation, supervision, and wellness support.
Healthy relationships help people flourish.
The quality of our relationships shapes nearly every area of life: our wellbeing, our homes, our workplaces, our leadership, and our communities.
That is why AGP’s work extends beyond counselling alone. We help create environments where people can communicate more openly, navigate conflict more constructively, care for one another more intentionally, and grow into healthier versions of themselves.
When the home feels tense
Couples and families often reach out because they long for a home that feels safer, calmer, and more connected again.
When work is taking a toll
Organisations often need support where pressure, conflict, trauma exposure, or change begins to affect morale and relationships.
When the helper needs support
Practitioners and carers need reflective spaces to think, process, grow, and keep caring well without becoming depleted.

Our way of working.
Every person and every organisation is unique. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, we begin by understanding your story, your context, and what matters most to you.
- We begin with listening: understanding comes before advice.
- We protect dignity: people are never reduced to their struggles or circumstances.
- We focus on relationships: lasting change often grows through healthier ways of relating.
- We value practical growth: insight matters, but change develops through reflection and small consistent steps.
- We steward trust through confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practice.

More than counselling.
Counselling remains an important part of what we do, but it is only one expression of AGP’s work. AGP is growing as a restoration-focused organisation serving individuals, families, leaders, workplaces, practitioners, and communities.
Alongside our current services, we are developing learning opportunities, practitioner formation, leadership resources, and thoughtfully integrated technologies that help us remain responsive while preserving what matters most: meaningful human connection.
Technology should never replace people. It should help people care for people better.
Who we work with.
- Individuals seeking personal growth and wellbeing
- Couples and families strengthening their relationships
- Leaders navigating complex responsibilities
- Government departments, healthcare organisations, educational institutions, corporate organisations, and community organisations
- Churches and faith-based communities
- Helping professionals seeking supervision and professional development
Restoration begins with a first step.
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting us. Whether you are reaching out for yourself, your relationship, your family, your team, or your organisation, the first step is a conversation.
